1. How long do items take to ship?
Our processing time is generally 3-5 days from the time you placed your order. This does not include shipping time which will vary depending on the shipping method you choose at checkout.
2. Can I return a customized item?
Unfortunately, we do not accept returns on customized items. However, if there is a problem with you order we will be happy to address your concerns. Please send us an email [email protected]
3. I love the items in your shop, but I’d like you to create something completely custom for me. Can you do that?
Absolutely! Please send us an email at [email protected]. Please keep in mind that we can only create custom designs for products we currently carry. For example, we wouldn’t be able to create a custom laptop cover for you because that’s not something we already produce (you never know what the future holds though!).
4. Why are there slight difference between my items?
Everything in our shop is handmade with love. There may be slight various between items for this reason.
5. What can I do if I put the wrong shipping information on my order?
