How long do items take to ship?<\/strong><\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Our processing time is generally 3-5 days from the time you placed your order. This does not include shipping time which will vary depending on the shipping method you choose at checkout. <\/p>\n\n\n\n<p><strong>2. Can I return a customized item?<\/strong><\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Unfortunately, we do not accept returns on customized items. However, if there is a problem with you order we will be happy to address your concerns. Please send us an email info@alisepaperstudio.com <\/p>\n\n\n\n<p><strong>3. I love the items in your shop, but I&#8217;d like you to create something completely custom for me. Can you do that?<\/strong><\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Absolutely! Please send us an email at info@alisepaperstudio.com. Please keep in mind that we can only create custom designs for products we currently carry. For example, we wouldn&#8217;t be able to create a custom laptop cover for you because that&#8217;s not something we already produce (you never know what the future holds though!). <\/p>\n\n\n\n<p><strong>4. Why are there slight difference between my items?<\/strong><\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Everything in our shop is handmade with love. There may be slight various between items for this reason. <\/p>\n\n\n\n<p><strong>5.
